Visit the Food Calorie and Calculator at WebMD website. Here you can enter your meals for an entire day, add them to "My Totals" to calculate your Daily Total, and see how you stack up. If you need help, please watch this Food Calculator tutorial. Reference Appendix D in the back of your textbook, to review the Recommended Number of Food Guide Servings per Day. In other words, what food groups to eat and how much of each group to eat to stay within a 2,000 Calorie daily allowance. Critically analyze your daily totals based upon what you have learned about requirements of nutrients in this module on Protein and previous modules regarding Fats and Carbohydrates. What are some strengths of your daily totals in relation to these nutrients? What are some of the weaknesses?
