Problem: Choose one Self-Care strategy that is of interest to you & practice this strategy for at least one week.
For the paper:
Describe the strategy that you chose an explanation for how/why this strategy helps to reduce stress. Your explanation should be grounded in the available science and supported by evidence.
You will need to focus on these 3 questions:
1. Why did you choose this wellness strategy?
2. How did this wellness strategy benefit your well-being? Provide some examples.
3. What are your reflections on incorporating this wellness strategy into your schedule?
