What strategies might a professional nurse use in his/her work environment to advocate for the implementation of nursing theory as a framework for quality practice?
When answering the discussion you might want to consider what nursing theory might work in your environment. Or maybe a favorite theory that you think would be beneficial. For those of you not currently working as an RN, consider prior nursing experiences or when you did clinical.
