These tend to be questions of fact about what happened in the past. If you were the analyst, what specific data management and reporting skills would you use to answer this question?
ii. Give an example of a business question that requires the use of data-driven analytical methods such as data mining. These tend to be complex questions that require finding previously unknown patterns or relationships in large quantities of data, such as segmenting customers into natural groupings or determining which products tend to be purchased together. If you were the analyst, which of the data-driven analytical methods would you use answer this question?
