Problem: In this module, you have learned about how different geography (such as forests, jungles, mountains and prairie) might affect the development of hominids. Take a minute to think about the area where you live. Now, imagine that there was no modern technology: no homes, no heat, no running water, no buildings at all. Imagine you are an early Homo Sapiens who has just arrived in this area about 7000 years ago (roughly 5000 BC). How will you adapt and survive? For this assignment, give a brief description of your environment, then tell me how you would survive. Make sure you address all of the following in your paper: What sorts of things must you create in order to survive? How would you create them? What materials might you use?
