Think about what employers are looking for from college graduates when hiring. Name at least four skills and discuss why these skills are important to a company. Considering the skills you mentioned, discuss which of those skills you feel you can provide for a company and then discuss what skills you feel you may need additional training to better assist the company? Your response must be made using a minimum of three scholarly resources and be cited and referenced using proper APA formatting.
