What should you do to address this situation and the patient

Problem

You are having a busy day in your dental office and are struggling to stay on time with your packed patient schedule. Somehow you are making it happen. You have a 2 pm patient appointment for crown preparation and go to the reception area to bring your patient back. Your patient is talking on his cell phone when you call his name and motions you to hold on and that it will just be a minute longer. You proceed to wait patiently in the hallway for him to end his call. It has been 10 minutes and your patient is still talking on the phone while occasionally making eye contact with you and mouthing the word sorry to you. The longer you wait, the more behind your entire team gets as the day progresses.
