1. What should we do more of?
2. What should we start?
3. What should we stop?
When seeking an answer to the three questions listed above, the best OD approach would be the dialogic approach. The dialogic approach can be used to help advance and plan for the future changes of the company. The company used in the video was Apple and we are all aware of the many changes that Apple goes through and creates often. Using the dialogic approach allows everyone to be included in the future development of the company. Employees, customers, and even stakeholders' opinions are considered when using the dialogic approach allowing for conversation, new value creation, and buy-in inclusion.
