Elizabeth Maxwell, a medical assistant for Dr. Casey, often works at the front desk. One of Dr. Casey's patients, Stephanie Cross, has arrived for a scheduled appointment. On her way in, Stephanie saw a neighbor leaving the office. She asks Elizabeth to look on the office system and tell her why her neighbor was in to see Dr. Casey. Later the same day, Diana Mulderr, who sits at the desk next to Elizabeth, has forgotten her computer password. She asks to use Elizabeth's password "just for today."
