1. What shifts occur in South Korea’s discourse whthin international development.
If ELI/EOI(Export led Industrialization/Export oriented-Industrialization)happens in South Korea, what development does occur? What were the goals or the nature of these development policies? How did these goals or the nature of these policies change during 1950s to 1970s
2.What are some of key farces you see at work that help explain the shift in international aid on Development in South Korea? Land? Labor? Political leadership? External pressure? resources? poverty?
3. Develop a preliminary thesis statement. this should identify the main shifts in the period of high development, and show how these shifts let to the neoliberal counter-revolution after 1970s.
