Problem
A young worker, Post, has just started working part-time at a local bakery. His dad is friends with the owner and got him the job there with just a phone call. Post shows up to work on his first day is immediately assigned to clean out the industrial dough mixer. Post has never done this before but how hard could it be. While Post has his upper body in the mixer removing the caked in dough the mixer inadvertently starts up. Post is drawn into the mixer and succumbs to his injuries. What section was contravened?
