A) What do you think of Tannis' strategy to in her reply about getting the coffee? What risks was she taking based on the culture of the firm and the country? What do you think of her first decision in her new role? Tata is obviously a company that values Corporate Social Responsibility. Do you think the company will be able to sustain its CSR in view of the stakeholders' evolving expectations? Do you see the company in the role of a thought leader? This should be a 3-page, double-spaced paper.
B) Write a one-page opinion piece about Hofstede and GLOBE cultural dimensions. Do you think they are valuable in terms of understanding cultural issues or do you think they lead to stereotypical thinking?
