He comes into your service after finding out that his rental agreement has been terminated without written notice. The property manager visited Leo's house when he was not at home and advised Leo's neighbour of his intention to evict Leo. Leo is overwhelmed with the prospect of having to move out of his home of 10 years. He has never been behind in his rent. He tells you that he has been having trouble sleeping because of the added stress. Leo states that he believes that it is because of his mental illness that he is being evicted and he is very angry towards the property manager. Leo comes to you seeking further advice.
