OSHA's Wall of Shame
The "OSHA's Wall of Fame" article indicates to some corporate defense lawyers that being placed on the Wall is a deterrent, but some argue a company is guilty without due process. Should a company have the right to due process before OSHA categorized the company as an offender and what rights does a company have to recoup costs if the company can prove OSHA acted unethically? Remember to consider the impacts of reputational damage on all stakeholders.
