For global organizations, international assignments are very common. This allows an organization to establish itself in a geographical region. However, it can be challenging to recruit and retain talent overseas. Answer the following:
1) What reward mechanisms can an organization develop and introduce to attract, recruit, select, and retain qualified talent to fill overseas posts?
2) Define and describe the advantages and disadvantages of expatriates assigned to an international assignment.
