I think you will find that the tips you research will help with hiring almost anyone as a healthcare leader, but more specifically the HIM. As you can see, the HIM's are highly important people to healthcare, what are your thoughts on commensurate with the background and history of the applicant? Would you propose keeping credentialed at all times during employment? Why or why not?
