Problem
Procter & Gamble owns the trademark and all merchandising devices connected with Ivory Soap. FifiVavoom, a madam in a brothel in Nevada (where prostitution is legal) puts a sign over the door, reading :"Our employees are 99 44/100% pure." The brothel also has the phrase on their somewhat covert website. Procter & Gamble has trademark rights to "99 44/100% Pure" for "cleanser" since 1954. What recourse, if any, does Procter & Gamble have against Fifi?
