Over that past 8 weeks we have taken an indepth look at legal issues as they relate to Information Security. What are some of the key aspects that you have learned over the past 8 weeks? Are there any areas that you found to be lacking in regards to the legal environment? What recommendations would you have to enhance the overall legal posture as it relates to the cyber arena?
