I. A researcher proposes a qualitative case study with the purpose of exploring leadership strategies that encourage adherence to data security protocols. The researcher proposes three data sources - interviews with the company's IT department's employees, a focus group with company customers, and a review of customer feedback documents. Assume the researcher has organizational site permission. Are the elements of the study aligned? Why or Why not? If the elements are not aligned, what recommendations do you have to fix this issue?
II. A researcher proposes a quantitative study employing a hierarchical regression technique to examine the relationship between employees' perceptions of meaningful work and employees' voluntary turnover intentions. The researcher proposes to survey middle-level managers regarding their strategies for increasing job satisfaction. Are the elements of the study aligned? If the elements are not aligned, what recommendations do you have to fix this issue?
III. Provide your proposed problem statement, making sure to revise before posting to incorporate your mentor's feedback as well as feedback provided in this course.
