For this module, we discussed how clustering is a tool to identify patterns in data that may be useful in crafting your initiative.
Based on your familiarity with the Inclusive Internet Index and this module's topics, consider the following:
a) What questions might the UN ask of this data using clustering? Which kinds of data or measures may be interesting to look at using this technique? (Only discuss ideas, actual analysis in Tableau is NOT part of this discussion.)
b) What happens when data-driven solutions such as algorithms "go wrong"? What are some mistakes that have been made in the past when using these methods and how would you recommend the UN's efforts avoid these mistakes?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
