Problem: Lots of organizations have tried and failed in attempting to outsource product and services to other counties. What they did not realize was it takes a considerable amount of time and resources to resolve many problems that can occur. The larger firms have experience with more success, because they have the additional funding and resources to solve these issues but many times the smaller firms cannot absorb the additional funding.
