Problem
A result of the Great Compromise is that representation in the Senate dramatically departs from one-person, one-vote rule. The 38 million people who live in California elect two senators, as do the half-million people living in Wyoming. What political results, do you think, might occur when the citizens of small states are much better represented than citizens or large ones? Do you see any signs that your predictions have actually come true?
