Response Paper 1: "Sri Lanka Transport (A): The Bus Industry"
On the basis of reading " "Sri Lanka Transport (A): The Bus Industry," you as a consultant hired by either Sri Lanka Government, private bus industry or a consumer advocacy nonprofit are asked to write a memo in which you recommend solutions to fix the problems facing the bus industry in that country.
Choose a set of policies that best serve the needs of each constituency group
1. Government: What policies can secure the best administration of the bus industry and best help disadvantaged users?
2. Businesses: What policies can secure best opportunities for profit-making in the bus industry and best help disadvantaged users?
3. Nonprofits: What policies can secure best bus services for the users and best help disadvantaged users?

The paper must be single spaced and two pages (as you write, note the different models under the government and private industry category)
