Donald calls because he is concerned about sharp pains he is having in his chest. These pains tend to come suddenly and are intense. His heart is racing. He's very worried because he just recently was discharged from the hospital after a heart attack. Now he wonders if he is having another MI. Why do you think Donald is experiencing those pains?
