Because of the weakened immune system, people with HIV/AIDS are susceptible to infections that healthy people can usually fight off. These are called opportunistic infections.
Explore those infections (including, but not limited to): what those infections are, ways to contract them, how they can be prevented, how they are diagnosed, treatment for opportunistic infections.
