Fever persists 10 days after surgery . 10 days after the surgery and 14th day of illness. Cardiosurgery consultation: infectious endocarditis of the aortic and mitral valves. x-ray shows pulmonary edema. Operative treatment was carried out according to vital indications. On August 27, 2014 , surgical treatment was performed : prosthetics of aortic and mitral valves, remediation of abscesses. Blood culturing and valves culturing is negative. What additional investigations is necessary for the child to clarify the etiology of the disease? What could the diagnosis be?
