In a new thread, pick one of Herzberg's dissatisfiers and one satisfier that in your work experience has had the greatest impact on you, explain why they had the greatest impact. If you don't have a personal example to reference, create a hypothetical situation for both knowing what motivates you and dissatisfies you at work in general. At a minimum, post at least one response and two substantive comments on the responses of other students.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
