Question 1. Identify the characteristics that are held in common by effective organizations. Evaluate your organization in comparison with these characteristics.
Question 2. How does the environment surrounding the organization affect its development? What happens if the environment changes?
Question 3. What motivates workers within the organization? How can these motivators be used in your work environment to increase productivity?
Question 4. How are personal dynamics controlled within the organization? Include conflict resolution, arbitration, communication, collaboration, and power as topics in your discussion of this question.
Question 5. Discuss and compare the primary types of organizations. Which type, or hybrid type, do you feel would be most effective for your work environment? Why?
