Fulton and Brekke, Introduction-Chapter 3--The Missouri Constitution and Legislature
In reading this swath of chapters in Fulton's and Brekke's Understanding Missouri's Constitutional Government, you do so with some distinct, hard-won advantages. Already, in our course, you have read the Missouri Constitution and compared it to the Constitution of the United States, and, as these chapters make clearer, there are many similarities between the two documents. What is "new to you" in this reading? What most surprises, inspires, or concerns you here? Give here your rolling analysis of these chapters.
