Imagine you had been invited to participate in the Stanford experiment. Would you have done it if you had known you would be unable to choose your role (guard or prisoner)? $15 in 1971 would be approximately $110.37 in 2023. Why or why not? Would you have participated if you had been able to choose your role? Why or why not? What might have been the benefits from this research if it had been carried out ethically and effectively?
