Using the information from this unit, in addition to a minimum of two resources from an Online Library, answer the following questions in a two-part essay:
• Part 1: Harnessing the talents of educators creates the opportunity for systemic growth, but it may also create the opportunity for organizational unrest.

• Part 2: In Chapter 2, Brockett emphasizes the importance of knowing yourself as a learner in order to better serve other adult learners.
