For your post, take some time to reflect on the concepts and videos and talk about what stood out for you or what you take away. You could talk about what a concept means to you, how you consider it in relation to your work or how you struggle with it and why.
Self-reflection is an important piece to learn and practice in the helping field. Reflecting on your own thoughts about a topic, what may be getting in the way or impacting your understanding or experience with a topic is an important and concept that we will revisit within this course.
