after reviewing the team's submission this week I discovered the disconnect that caused the confusion. A lot of what you submitted was either focused on the wrong product or was too heavy with quoted and sourced material that didn't clearly align with the sections you had.
-A competitive analysis of the organization and offering using Porter's five competitive forces model, and
-The criteria you will use to segment your market and select your target market including geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors.
-A written positioning statement that identifies:
o Your target market
o The needs that drive purchase
o Your organization's industry category
o How your organization solves the target's needs
o Your organization's competition
o What makes your organization different from its competition
