CVF (leadership roles, personality traits) is helpful in expanding the understanding about leadership roles and broadening ways of thinking that create more value for the leader and the organization. What are some development and improvement goals? CVF leadership profiles include Mentor, Broker, and Innovator. Also, CVF traits include agreeable, open, assertive and conscientious.
