What (and why so) do you perceive to be the major causes Shulamit Volkers cites for antisemitism to become part of German culture and everyday life (a cultural code) during the Wilhelmine German (Second) Empire into the Weimar Republic? How is that reflected in the bourgeois cultural experience as outlined by Long and Garret? And finally, how is all of this reflected in the views and experience of German Jews trying to live as average Germans in a prejudiced society as described by Mann and Rathenau?
