a) What made you decide the person was mentally ill?
b) Indicate whether you felt comfortable or uncomfortable and why?
c) Did the person's behavior seem predictable or unpredictable?
d) Did the person seem dangerous or non dangerous, how can you tell?.
e) Where did the encounter occur, and were other people present and what was their reaction?
f) Did you actually approach or speak to the person with the perceived mental illness? Why or why not?
