What literature other than nursing literature do you feel may offer useful information? Although nursing literature is very useful in obtaining information on unsafe staffing levels, other aspects may also be explored. Another type of literature that I feel may offer useful information is evidence-based research literature. Evidence based literature is used to support evidence-based practice in nursing: it "involves an ability to access, summarize, and apply information from the literature to day-to-day clinical problems (Kessenich, 1997).
