The case I am going to describe is about Anthony who is a nurse at a local hospital in Pittsburgh. He loves what his job entails and loves the purpose he serves by helping and healing people in the area. He works all of the time and always picks up extra shifts when needed. He is the type of nurse every hospital wants to have working for them. However, the management does not appreciate him at all. He never receives any positive feedback, extra PTO, or raises. He is in his third year at the hospital and is beginning to get very tired and overwhelmed with his situation. He dreads going to work and oftentimes is now showing up late as a result.
