The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tells a story about your personality or the personality of your colleagues. It can be a useful tool for identifying your personality traits, in both your work and personal life.
For this Discussion, you will take a simplified Myers-Briggs assessment and relate it to your organizational leadership style.
