Question: This portion of the discussion assignment will be a competition. Next week you will "vote" on the best submission, but for this week, you will write a short essay (approximately 250 words) stating what leadership means to you. You are not required to respond to any students in this section. You only need to write your essay about your expectations of leadership. Make sure you finalize your "essay" with a clear sentence as to why your essay should win the competition. Participation in this is mandatory and worth 30% of your discussion grade this week and 15% of your discussion grade next week.
