What kind of utopia are you imagining

Problem

Societies become formed in the images they are culturally grounded within, meaning family based groups that need land and space for cultivating crops and raising animals cannot be too close in proximity to others because of their physical needs and often stay on the smaller scale, usually tribes or chiefdoms, maybe never becoming states. States require things like labor forces and divisions of tasks so that some people can spend all their time in charge of other people, not working their land. There are many ways in which each political and social organization strategy is unique depending on the type of structure within a particular society.

Instructions:

Imagine that there has been an apocalypse, and you run off into the woods with some friends and family. From there, you design your perfect world as you begin to start over. Is it a small family-based band society, or do you want to immediately install yourself as the head of your own chiefdom? Have fun with this!

i. What kind of utopia are you imagining? What does it look like? Who is with you?
ii. Who is in charge of your utopia? Is there a leader?
iii. How do you get food to survive? What is your subsistence strategy?
iv. What political organization (band, tribe, chiefdom, and state) represents your utopia the best and why?
