Work environments can make such a difference to some while others just really don't care. Those employees come to work and leave without engaging in the good or the bad. Sometimes those are peers that are hard to work with especially if you are the social one. What kind of team building skills are successful in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of one another and how can that build or change the culture?
