Discussion Post: Interview
You are a "headhunter" for Ilac College. Due to increased demand, Ilac needs to hire more teachers for its Business Administration program. In a power point presentation you must answer the following:
• What kind of candidate would you look for?
• What kind of skills and qualifications must the ideal candidate possess?
• What would you say in an email to try to convince someone to apply for the job?
Using your answers as your starting points, you must then search profiles on LinkedIn or social media to find 3 people whom you believe would be suitable candidates for Ilac.
You must then write one potential candidate a personalized recruitment email. You are required to draft the text of the email in the power point document and submit.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
