Read the case and provide a short summary of the case. Include your identification of the problem presented in the case. In addition, provide a response to the following:
• "Bill causes more problems than he solves." What kind of problems is his staff referring to? What kind of help do you think Bill needs?
• When Ned said he wanted to have uninterrupted conversation with Bill, what is the nature of the conversation?
