Discussion Post: Follwership
Have your thoughts on followers changed after learning more about what it means to be an effective follower? Why or why not?
Some leadership scholars do not like the term "followership" because they think that followers are a part of the leadership process, that they just play a different role than leaders. Because of this, they are part "leadership." What are your thoughts on this view? Support your view with class content.
