2. A female employee at a Dollar Rental Car office at the Kansas City Airport filed a sexual harassment complaint about her supervisor. Twenty-eight days later she was terminated. The supervisor stated the reason was due to a downturn in business after Sept. 11, 2001. Will the court rely solely on the temporal proximity of the events to find a causal connection?
