What issue be directed to state or federal legislator

Problem 1: Reflect on your Doctoral Project. Choose a bill that is related to your Doctoral Project.  If there are no such bills, choose a current bill of interest to you. This presentation must be specific to a current piece of legislation at the state level or the federal level. You must present about a current bill. (My project topic is Among adults experiencing a chronic illness (P), how does the use of medication adherence programs (I) as compared to not using medication adherence programs (C) affect chronic illness (O) over 10 weeks (T)? ) state of Illinois

Problem 2: Record a short (5-minute, no more than 10 minutes) presentation (via Zoom, Kaltura, PowerPoint, or other video recording software supported by Canvas) to your representative about a current bill related to your Doctoral Project; provide reasoning regarding how the issue (identified above) will impact your ability to provide care to patients in your practice, your support for this issue, how this issue will affect health care, financing, and such. Please send the presentation to your representative and upload the representative's (representative's office) acknowledgment of receipt and/or response. Points are not deducted if a response is not received.

Problem 3: Determine if the issue should be directed to a state or federal legislator.  If the current bill you are presenting about is in the state senate, you should present to a state senator; if it is in the United States (US) Senate, you should present to a US Senator; if it is in the US House of Representatives, you should present to a US Congressman/woman (not a US Senator); and if it is in a state assembly, you should present to your state representative. You must present to the legislator who actually would have a vote on your issue.
