The readings this week were focused on the effect of hazardous materials spills on fish and wildlife resources and the environment, and how at least one state, California, deals with wildlife issues.
Write an essay (minimum of 500-words and accompanying cover and reference page) in which you respond to the following questions:
• As an Incident Commander, what is your responsibility in regard to the potential loss of these resources vs. the protection of human health and safety?
• Are these responsibilities mutually exclusive?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
