United States, 389 U.S. 347 (1967) (attached) and explain the historical role of the "trespass" doctrine in Fourth Amendment considerations (in other words, what did the doctrine allow?) and identify the dissent's reasoning for believing that wiretapping should be outside of the purview of the Fourth Amendment.
What is your opinion as to whether phone conversations should be protected by the Fourth Amendment? Explain
