I. Apple has decided to remove phone chargers from the boxes of new iPhones. They claim it is an initiative taken to reduce carbon emissions, because so many users use wireless charging or already have chargers. Your business professor thinks it is not a project since Apple did not produce anything new. They have, in fact, removed the brick chargers. Is this a project?

II. Walt Disney has a short term organization strategy to increase their revenue (sales). Different departments have proposed different projects. One of the proposed project is to make a theme park in Canada.
